Treatment Phases

  • Phase 1: Time in Treatment 1-30 days. Sunday take out
  • Phase 2: Time in Treatment 31-90 days. Sunday +1 take outs.
  • Phase 3: Time in Treatment 91-180 days. Sunday + 2 take outs.
  • Phase 4: Time in Treatment 181-270 days. Sunday + 3 take outs.
  • Phase 5: (Optional) used for phase down only.
  • Phase 6: Time in treatment 271-365 days. Sunday + 5 take outs.
  • Phase 13: Time in treatment 1 year. 13 take outs.
  • Phase 27: Time in Treatment: 2 years. 27 take outs.
